The Nitty Gritty

A credit card is required at time of reservation. 

Rates are based on double occupancy.  

When  reserving a room, a 50% deposit is required.

All cancellations are subject to a $35.00 service fee. 

Because we are a very small inn and spend a great deal of time preparing for each guest, a fourteen day cancellation notice is required for room reservations. If you cancel less than fourteen days prior to your arrival, you are responsible for your reservation.  It cannot be rescheduled after that time.

We love children, but have created Ti Voglio Bene to be an adult-oriented accommodation for those wishing a quiet and/or romantic retreat. Our B&B is in no manner child-proof, and unequipped for infants, toddlers, or children under 12 years old. Well behaved children 12 and over welcome. Younger children welcome if the whole house is rented by one party, but parties will be responsible for any damages incurred by children. 

Room rates are based upon double occupancy, and additional guests, including children of ANY age, including infants for whole house rentals, are $35 per guest, per night.

We receive guests for check-in between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. An earlier or later check in may be arranged, based on innkeeper availability, but must be arranged in advance of the date of stay.   

Ti Voglio Bene is reserved for guests only; no unregistered overnight visitors are allowed. 

  
Check out time is 11:00 AM. Please settle your account and turn your key in to the innkeeper unless prior arrangements have been made. It is important to our next guests that we have adequate time to clean and prepare the room, so we kindly ask that this time be observed. Guests who check out past 11 AM without prearrangement are subject to a service charge of $35 per hour, rounded up to the next hour.

Ti Voglio Bene is a smoke-free, Vape free, Tobacco free establishment; no use of those products in the building or within 50' of windows or exterior doors. Evidence of smoking/vaping/chewing in the house may result in a $250 cleaning fee. 

Unfortunately, in room candle use is not permitted by ordinance of the fire marshal.  

Please apprise us of any dietary restrictions in advance of your stay.  We do prepare foods containing nuts, gluten, and other allergens within our kitchen, and cannot guarantee freedom from all exposure. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions that are medical in nature.  

Please note: this is a 150 year old home. We cannot guarantee it to be allergen free. While we vigorously clean the home constantly, years of use make it impossible to guarantee it to be scent/dust/pet/etc. free.

Pets: We do have 2 dogs, Dollar and Danny, kept in the innkeepers quarters.  Guest pets can be accommodated anywhere on our property, fully trained and harnessed medical service animals are welcome in conjunction with accommodations in the Suites, but are not allowed on the furniture, and must accompany their owner at all times. Pets are not allowed to be kept in cars on our property.
