The Suites

This west-facing main floor suite is our flagship suite. With lots of privacy, but easy access to the parlor, front porch and dining room, it is a dream come true. It comes with a king sized Mansion Bed with luxury linens atop a memory foam mattress, an antique sofa in the bay window for snuggling, reading, or watching your 49" TV, a  71" hammered copper double slipper tub for 2 with a shower option, a gas fireplace with comfy chairs and a small round table for in-room dining. This suite has an adjoining powder room.  This is the only suite where breakfast is available for in-suite service.

The Simonton Suite is an upper level room on the Southeast corner of the house. It has views of the boulevard and our fruit trees, as well as the sunrise. It is decorated in a more feminine style, in gold, floral pinks and greens. It has a queen sized bed, armoire, ceiling fan, window A/C, a chair, 40" TV as well as a large 60" round clawfoot soaking tub and shower in the room. The powder room is adjoining the room.

The Wade Suite is an upper level room that faces the western sunsets, overlooking our koi pond, deck and gardens. Decorated in gold and burgundy hues, it is a classy, comfortable space, with windows facing 3 directions. It has a Queen bed, dresser, electric fireplace, window A/C, ceiling fan, 39" TV and small closet. It has an adjacent (not adjoining), private bathroom with tub/shower combo, sink and toilet. 

All our rooms include:

• Wifi
• Flat Screen Television with Roku and DVD player
• Access to the beverage bar, we will serve a variety of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot cider, water, and ice, just ask. 
• Nightly social hour with wine and an evening snack if requested, please request at time of booking 
• Monday- Friday mornings, no breakfast. Saturday, Sundays, and holiday mornings, enjoy a full, multi-course breakfast, served in our dining room.
